Edward Y. has over 10 years of work experience. Edward began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at the American Association of Advertising Agencies. In 2010, they joined Converse as a Cashier and Sale Associate, where they managed the cash register and provided statistical data on performances to the manager. In 2013, they returned to Converse as a Cashier, where they created processes for opening and closing cashiers and a procedure to streamline customer service. In 2014, they joined General Assemb.ly as a Customer Experience and Student. In 2017, they moved to Teachable as a Customer Care Product Solution. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Support Specialist at Moncler, an Investment Analyst at iBeeHub Incubator, and an Event Coordinator and Partnership + Strategy at Blockchain Center LLC. Currently, they work as a Client Services Advisor at Christian Dior Couture and a Product Support & Community Specialist at SuperRare Labs.

Edward Y. studied Computer Science at Study the Blockchain from 2018 to 2019, earning a Professional Blockchain Developer degree. Edward also attended Baruch College from 2006 to 2011, but did not obtain a degree.
