Michael Lazerow

Michael Lazerow has had an extensive career in business. In 1999, they founded GOLF.com and GolfServ and served as CEO and Founder. Michael successfully negotiated and executed the sale of the company to Time Warner's Time Inc. division, generating an 800%+ return for investors. In 2007, they joined the Salesforce management team after the sale of Buddy Media, where they had been the Founder, Chairman, and CEO. During their three years at Salesforce, they served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of the Marketing Software Division. Salesforce grew its annual revenue run rate to $6 billion from $2 billion and was named the most innovative company in the world by Forbes Magazine for three consecutive years. In 2010, they founded Lazerow Ventures and served as an Investor. In 2017, they joined shape matrix as a Director, where they helped develop the Shape Matrix system to generate an inexhaustible number of visually appealing 2D and 3D marks. In 2020, they joined CTD.ai as a Board Observer. In 2021, they joined Autograph as a Board Observer and Advisor, SuperRare Labs as a Director, and Mercato as a Director. Finally, in 2022, they joined Pixel Vault as a Director. In 2019, they co-founded Velvet Sea Ventures, a multi-stage venture capital firm, where they serve as a Cofounder and Managing Partner.

Michael Lazerow received their Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University in 1996, having begun their studies in 1992. Michael then continued their education at Northwestern University, receiving their Master of Science in Journalism in 1996.
