Will Ayling

Will Ayling has a diverse range of work experience in the field of product design. Will has held positions as Lead Product Designer at Superscript, where they worked on strategizing and conceptualizing go-to-market hypotheses. Will also served as an Associate Lecturer & Mentor at Bath Spa University, providing guidance and mentorship to students in the Creative Computing UX/UI Design course. Will also worked as a Senior Product Designer at Class35, where they played a key role in building and launching a new product offering for Defaqto. Prior to that, they were the Lead Product Designer at RIVAL and held various roles at Tide, Etch, and CDD Nation. Throughout their career, Will has gained experience in areas such as design systems, user testing, and stakeholder management.

Will Ayling attended Brockenhurst College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a BTEC (Level 3) in Art & Design with a focus on Photography. Will then went on to study at Bath Spa University from 2012 to 2015, earning a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication with a specialization in Graphic Communications.
