At Aon, from July 2016 to December 2018, Jyotsna held various managerial roles focused on corporate accounts and inside sales, emphasizing outreach to HR leaders across India. Jyotsna's early career saw positions like Senior Client Service Executive at Lloyds Ventures, working with international sales teams and managing quarterly P&L, and internships at ITI Limited and POWERGRID, focusing on engineering projects.
