Laura Coutinho

Laura Coutinho serves as the People Operations Team Lead at Superside, a role held since October 2022, following a position as Senior People Operations Specialist. At Superside, Laura contributes to enhancing the employee experience to improve engagement and retention in a global online work environment. Previously, Laura was with Rocket.Chat from November 2019 to October 2022, initially as a Talent Acquisition Analyst and later as a People & Culture Specialist, overseeing onboarding, cultural initiatives, and people analytics within a fully remote team. Earlier experience includes internships at Regenera Moléculas do Mar, Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where involvement in various research projects and studies took place. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, obtained in 2020.
