Marta Bisisi

Marta Bisisi began their work experience in 2018 as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2020, they joined Superside as the Director of Talent, responsible for designing effective people management and development practices. Marta currently holds the position of VP, People at Superside, focusing on making culture and people strategy a competitive advantage in a remote work environment.

Marta Bisisi has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi. Marta pursued a Double Degree with Copenhagen Business School, specializing in the field of Management of Innovation and Business Development. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi. As part of their education, Marta Bisisi participated in various programs including a Summer School with Bocconi University at Georgetown University and an exchange program with Bocconi University at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Marta also engaged in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial studies through InnovAction Lab.
