Aditya Mujumdar has been working in the talent management and recruitment industry since 2015. Aditya began their career at Collabera Inc. as a Senior Recruiter in 2015, then moved to Asten Gujrat as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2016. In 2018, they joined TEKFORTUNE INC as Associate Manager - Recruitment, and Xoriant as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they joined NuAIg as an AI talent consultant. Currently, they are working as Senior Manager - Talent Management Team at Supersourcing and Sr. Recruitment Manager/ Account Manager at High5, where they are responsible for sourcing and screening the High5 Talent Community for a diverse range of positions.
