Pallavi Mohanty

Pallavi Mohanty has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Pallavi is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Supersourcing since 2023. Previously, from 2022 to 2023, they worked at Randstad Sourceright as a Human Resources professional where they gained hands-on experience in stakeholder management, end-to-end hiring, and sourcing strategy while being deployed with Google. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior Human Resources Associate at OpsTree Solutions, where they collaborated with management stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies and managed the candidate process. From 2018 to 2021, Pallavi worked at Mawai Infotech Limited, initially as an HR Project and Client Manager and later as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager Human Resources. During this time, they maintained SLAs with clients, developed incentive plans, and was responsible for staff recruitment and retention. Before that, they served as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Finitiatives Learning India Pvt Ltd. (FLIP) in 2017 and as a Human Resources Intern at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd in 2016.

Pallavi Mohanty completed their education from 2000 to 2012 at St. Xavier's High School in Bilaspur, where they obtained a degree in Business/Commerce. Pallavi then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in B.com (taxation) from CMD college, Bilaspur University, from 2012 to 2015. Continuing their educational journey, they obtained a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) with a focus in Human Resources/Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management from 2015 to 2017.
