Steven Swami

Steven Swami has had a long and varied career in the education and sports sectors. Steven has worked for a number of organizations, starting with IMS Learning Resources in 2006 as a Faculty, where they successfully completed coaching 7 core batches for CAT 2007. Steven was also one of the two chosen to run the English Enhancement Programme, and took part in various seminars for management colleges and schools. In 2009, they joined Career Launcher as a Senior Executive - Academics, completing more than 35 batches for CAT, GRE, BBA, SAT and Law entrance examinations. In 2013, they were selected by a governing panel at CDAC to be empanelled as Faculty for Business Communication, successfully completing almost 30 hours each for 5 batches. In 2015, they joined IIFM as Manager - Academics, co-managing and coordinating a team of content professionals to design and create high-end content. In 2017, they founded Parivartann India, developing and successfully marketing a completely new educational grooming product for schools. Steven also created and currently records and runs India's First Career Guidance and Information Podcast. In 2021, they joined Indore Institute of Law as Training and Placement Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Supersourcing as a Strategic Planning Consultant.

Steven Swami attended St.Arnold's H.S.S, Indore and Columbia Convent prior to obtaining an IELTS certification from the British Council in September 2012. Steven also holds a Creative Writing certification from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, INDIA.
