Vishal Harjani

Vishal Harjani currently serves as HRBP - People Strategy at Supertal since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading Human Resources and Operations functions, establishing the HR function, and managing the entire Employee Lifecycle. Previously, Vishal worked as Associate Manager HRBP at RAH Infotech Pvt Ltd from August 2019 to February 2022, focusing on background formalities, organizational design, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Lead and Sr Associate Talent Acquisition at Microland Limited, Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kelly Services, and Talent Acquisition professional at Alp Consulting Ltd. Vishal holds an MBA/BBA in HR from Maharshi Dayanand University, attained between 2007 and 2009.
