Matouš Janda

Matouš Janda began their career as a Freelance Web Developer and Graphic Designer in 2008. In 2012, they co-founded Grenade Castle, where they served as Creative Director. Their role involved creating and scaling digital products using an innovative design-centered approach and modern technology. In 2020, they took on the role of Head of Design at supertalent, where they are on a mission to help people be happier, more engaged, and satisfied at work.

Matouš Janda attended the Soukromá střední škola výpočetní techniky from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a High-school degree in Information Technology. In 2008, they attended the Human Academy Japanese Language School to study Japanese Language. From 2011 to 2016, they attended the Czech Technical University in Prague, studying Web a multimedia. Additionally, they obtained a CAE certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment in May 2008, and a FCE certification from the same institution in March 2006.
