Bas van Maren

Bas Van Maren has a diverse work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Bas started their career at Deloitte as a Consultant, where they focused on testing and drafting Key Controls for a telecommunication company's Sarbanes Oaxley project. In 2007, they joined EY as a Senior Advisor, specializing in Transaction Advisory Services and working capital management. During this time, they developed expertise in financial management consulting, management reporting, cost modeling, and project management. Since 2011, Bas has been working at C.I.V. Superunie B.A., where they have held various roles including Business Controller, Manager Business Control, and currently CFO/Financieel Directeur. Their responsibilities have encompassed financial management, change implementation, and performance improvement for finance-related processes.

Bas Van Maren has a diverse education background. Bas obtained their Ba in Marketing / International Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued an MSc in Corporate Social Responsibility at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2001 to 2005. Continuing their education, Bas completed an Executive Master in Finance & Control (RC) at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, between 2007 and 2013, focusing on Financial Control.
