Rodrigo Hurtado has extensive experience in the field of user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). Rodrigo is currently working as the Head of CX & UX at Banco Supervielle since November 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at Naranja from June 2018 to November 2020. Rodrigo has also worked as the Head of UX at SAN CRISTOBAL Seguros from January 2018 to June 2018, and as the Head of Product Management at Grupo Clarín from June 2017 to December 2017. Additionally, they served as the UX Manager at Garbarino S.A. from November 2014 to June 2017, and at Grupo Clarín from February 2010 to November 2014, where they also held the role of UX Lead from March 2009 to February 2010. Rodrigo started their career as a UX/UI Designer at Editorial Perfil in 2007.
Rodrigo Hurtado attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Diseño Gráfico (Graphic Design). In addition, they have obtained certifications in UX (User Experience) from the Nielsen Norman Group and in Service Design from More than Metrics, both in 2019.
