Alex Birbrair

Alex Birbrair has worked in the operations and production fields since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Operation Coordinator and Junior PM at Agro Web Lab. Alex's responsibilities included stock, procurement, shipment, building the plan, schedule, communication structure, control methodologies, etc. In 2017, they moved to SupPlant as the Head of Operations. Alex's roles included managing the operations and production teams, building and achieving KPIs, OKRs and optimization goals, responsible for global operations processes and control, NPI and CM, purchasing plan, stock policy and budget, client billing control and ERP and BI improvements, leading the operational penetration to new markets, building Ops' team, shipment and import capabilities, facilities and third-party service providers. Alex also worked as the Supply Chain Manager at SupPlant.

Alex Birbrair obtained an Engineer's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Braude Academic College between 2013 and 2017. In 2021, they acquired a Business Intelligence Developer certification from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the same institution.
