Nathan Aukerman

Nathan Aukerman, MBA, serves as the Recruiting Director and New Employee Success Mentor for Supplemental Health Care since November 2021, showcasing effective leadership and mentorship skills in recruiting. Previously, Nathan held various senior management positions within Supplemental Health Care, achieving notable recognitions such as first and second place in recruitment contests. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in recruitment and human resources at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and Mint Julep Restaurants, where Nathan was instrumental in managing large teams and operations across multiple locations. Nathan holds an MBA in Human Resources and Finance from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
