Joette Schulte

Joette Schulte has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1995 at Lee Hecht Harrison as a Client Relations Manager. Joette worked with outplaced executives, managing and implementing career centers and facilitating training. In 1999, they joined Biosense Webster as a Senior Human Resource Generalist. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at PFF Bank & Trust as a Staffing/EEO Manager. In 2006, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources at Wild Rocket Foods, where they created and implemented the HR structure for a start-up organization. From 2009 to 2020, they served as a Regional Human Resource Business Partner at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. In 2020, they joined Walmart as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Sevita as a Senior Human Resources Manager, HRBP and is currently serving as the Human Resources Director.

Joette Schulte holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Joette has also obtained additional certifications, including "Certificate: The Strategic HR Business Partner" from The Josh Bersin Company in 2021 and "Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin" from LinkedIn in 2020.
