Thanasis Skafidas

Thanasis Skafidas has a wealth of experience in finance, having worked for Credit Suisse, Lazard, Goldman Sachs, and York Capital Management. In 2010, they began their career as a Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse, followed by an Analyst role at Lazard in 2012. In 2013, they were an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, and in 2015, they joined York Capital Management as a Financial Analyst. From 2016 to 2021, Thanasis served as a Board Observer for LINN Energy, Roan Resources, and Samson Resources, and as a Board Member for Riviera Resources, Inc. and NextDecade. Most recently, in 2021, Thanasis co-founded Suppli, the first payments solution purpose built for construction suppliers.

Thanasis Skafidas received a BSc Economics (cum laude) from The Wharton School in 2011, where their field of study included Finance, Statistics, and Mathematics. Thanasis then went on to earn an MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering from Imperial College London in 2012.
