Juliana Medina serves as Managing Director at ING since December 2023 and is a member of Chief, a network for women executive leaders, since December 2021. Juliana has been an Advisor to Fund at Supply Change Capital since May 2021, focusing on investments in food tech businesses and culture-first brands. Prior experience includes a ten-year tenure at J.P. Morgan, where Juliana held positions such as Executive Director and Vice President in Latin America M&A and Advisory, and Project Director at Trigono - Banca de Inversion from March 2007 to August 2009. Juliana's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Business Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes.
