Noramay Cadena

Noramay Cadena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, economic development, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Latino Community Foundation and CARE Enterprises Inc., Cadena also holds the position of Managing Partner at Supply Change Capital and Lead Investor for the Rising America Fund at Portfolia. As Cofounder and Managing Partner of MiLA Capital, Cadena focuses on seed-stage investments in technology and innovation. Cadena has a strong background in affordable housing and public service, having served on the boards of HACLA and Valley Presbyterian Hospital. With prior experience at Boeing, Cadena led significant operational initiatives and was integral in product development processes. Educational credentials include a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Systems Engineering, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
