Michael Weinstein has held a variety of roles in the past, beginning with their role as Owner and Licensed Insurance Agent of Easy Quote Insurance Agency in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for generating leads from people interested in life and health insurance, with a focus on Medicare supplements and final expense. In 2013, they became a Customer Support Specialist for Mono Machines LLC, where they assisted customers and coordinated with vendors to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. In 2016, they joined Supply Chimp as Head of Strategic Sourcing, and later became a Strategic Account Manager, where they managed new product offerings to the federal government and facilitated new vendor relationships to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Lastly, from 2003 to 2012, they were an Executive Account Manager and Human Resources Manager for Good Feet, where they assisted franchisees through the process of opening and operating their retail stores, managed payroll, employee benefits, recruitment and dismissal of employees, accounts receivable, order fulfillment, and managed all lines of company insurance.

Michael Weinstein attended San Diego State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science.
