Scott Sutphin has extensive work experience in customer service and management roles. Scott is currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at SupplyHouse.com since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EyeMed Vision Care for eight years, starting as a Supervisor in Customer Service in November 2013 and eventually becoming the Director of Customer Service in August 2019. Before that, they worked at Resolvit as the Manager of Human Resources & Employee Relations from June 2012 to November 2013. Scott also has experience as a Supervisor in Customer Service at Sun Chemical from July 2010 to June 2012 and as a Supervisor in Provider Relations at Humana from June 2005 to July 2010.
Scott Sutphin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
