Salma Nur E Jahan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and financial planning. As Co-Founder and Head of Growth at SupplyLine since January 2021, Salma has built a robust team of over 50 members and developed a proprietary Credit Scoring Algorithm for MSME stores, collaborating with multiple banks and non-banking financial institutions. Previously, as a Product Manager at Octaglory, Salma designed a Mobile-First ERP system tailored for MSMEs, enhancing operational efficiency and providing educational resources for users. At Deligram, Salma served as a Financial Planning Officer, where notable achievements included the design of innovative BNPL products and the successful expansion of agent points in Tier 2 cities.
