Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor has a long and varied career in recruitment. Simon began their career in 1999 as a Contract Agent for Experis. In 2001, they moved to LINK Recruitment as a Senior Consultant. In 2003, they joined Capita Education Resourcing, Capita Social Care Resourcing, and Capita Recruitment Vetting Service, first as an Operations Director and then as Managing Director. In 2008, they became Managing Director of Capita Specialist Recruitment, where they led one of the largest specialist recruitment groups in the UK. In 2016, they became Founder of SupplyNow, a supply teaching app, and Group CEO of Your World Recruitment Group, a healthcare staffing specialist.

Simon Taylor attended Bexley Grammar School from 1985 to 1993 and then Swansea University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained an LLB (hons) in Law. Simon also holds a Dip RP certification from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
