Omeed leads the Global Operations team and Support teams. He has nearly two decades of experience in the contact center and shared services space.

He started his career as an agent in 2003 and has since developed and honed his leadership competencies over the years. He led operations teams for various large clients and companies, including those in Tech, e-commerce, and the video game industry. Omeed is based in Manila, Philippines.
