The Sales Chat Representative is responsible for handling inbound sales, engaging with customers, and closing sales deals. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and providing excellent customer service to potential customers.

This is an onsite position at our site, Sanctum, in SM North EDSA, Quezon City.

What does a day in the life as a Sales Chat Representative look like?

  • Answer inbound sales chats from new and existing customers
  • Sell and upsell various software products
  • Achieve 5% sales conversion rate
  • Help prevent cancellation through retention efforts
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat
  • Provides accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Negotiate and closes sales deals over the phone, email or chat
  • Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
  • Assists with customer retention efforts
  • Transfer non-sales related calls to the appropriate teams
  • Maintains accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM system
  • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPIs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Chat Representative?

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in an inbound sales role or equivalent is a MUST.
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, chat and email preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as CRM

  • Inbound sales role - preferably in the call center environment
  • Software and tech support sales
