Jesus Daco

Jesus Daco is an experienced professional in service delivery and operations, currently serving as the Service Delivery Director at SupportNinja since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jesus held various positions at Majorel from November 2017 to May 2024, including Director of Operations and Service Delivery Manager. Jesus began a career at Convergys, where the role of Senior Operations Manager was undertaken from November 2014 until January 2017. Academically, Jesus earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2003-2007) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication at the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication, expected to be completed in December 2020.
