Ana Torres

Ana Torres is currently a Talent Assessor at Support Shepherd. Prior to this, they served as Program Facilitator and Teacher Supervisor at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from January 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for training and coaching missionaries, as well as teaching Cebuano, Tagalog, and English to language training missionaries. Ana also executed other assigned tasks, such as managing a website and making weekly reports about missionaries. Additionally, Ana assisted in the hiring process of teachers, provided recommendations to improve efficiencies, and evaluated and analyzed situational issues related to teaching or learning, and developed solutions or suggested directions for optimization.

Ana Torres has a major in General Education and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University. Ana also has certification from the World TESOL Academy in TESOL Certificate, LinkedIn in Customer Service Foundations, Phone-Based Customer Service, and Writing Customer Service Emails. In addition, Ana Torres is certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission as a Professional Teacher and by the Civil Service Commission as Civil Service Eligible.
