Faye Eddleman

Faye brings 20+ years of experience working in Mental Health with adults that have IDD / challenging behaviors to her role at Support Solutions. She began her career as a Direct Service Provider (DSP) in East Kentucky working with adults with IDD and challenging behaviors while obtaining her Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) licensure. In 2005, she relocated to East Tennessee, where she served seniors and adults with IDD as a Certified Nurse Assistant. In 2008, Faye began a new career focus with her role as a House Manager in a high behavior homes. She enjoyed making a difference in people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities that have challenging behaviors. In 2013, she joined the family of Support Solutions as a House Manager then moved on to Program Manager. Faye now serves as the East Tennessee Regional Director.
