Jennn M. Koo

Jennn Mei Koo is a dedicated healthcare and advocacy professional currently engaged in fieldwork in inpatient pediatrics and the neonatal intensive care unit at MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach. As President and Co-Founder of the Supporting Pan Asian-Owned Resources Collective, Koo works on initiatives that elevate the contributions of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the U.S. Additionally, Koo has held various roles with RESULTS and RESULTS Educational Fund, advocating for policies addressing poverty and social equity. Koo's academic background includes ongoing doctoral studies at the University of Southern California and prior degrees from the University of Connecticut in Allied Health Sciences and Sociology. Recognized for impactful community engagement, Koo has received awards for social justice efforts and continues to lead initiatives aimed at promoting inclusivity and representation for marginalized groups.
