Debra Demeule

Debra Demeule has a diverse range of work experience. Debra started their career in 1988 as an Accountant at Lannon & Company, CPA's and worked there until 1992. Debra then moved to Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center where they held roles as Manager of Payroll and Accounts Payable and later as an Internal Auditor. In 1995, they became the Controller at Caritas Medical Group, responsible for financial reporting and managing a team. From 1999 to 2001, Debra worked as the Director of Finance at Caritas Christi Health Care, overseeing budgets and reporting. In 2005, they became a Sales Consultant at Etcetera, managing all aspects of the direct sales business. In 2008, they started their own business as an Owner/Bookkeeper at Small Business Resource, providing bookkeeping services for small businesses. In 2012, Debra joined Supporting Strategies as a Senior Financial Operations Manager and later became the Talent Team Expert, providing recruitment services. In 2018, they became the Controller at the Digital Public Library of America. Currently, Debra holds the position of Director of Client Services, Non-Profit Practice Area at Supporting Strategies.
