Kathleen Garcia

Kathleen Garcia has a diversified work experience in customer success management and recruitment. In 2023, they joined SupportLogic as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Affinity.co from 2018 to 2022, where they held the position of Customer Success Enablement Manager and then transitioned to become a Customer Success Manager. From 2016 to 2018, Kathleen worked at Reputation, initially as a Customer Success Analyst and later as a Customer Success Manager. In 2015, they worked at Insight Global as a Technical Recruiter and also had roles as an Undergraduate Advertising Research Assistant at The Ohio State University and a Professional Writing & Communications Intern at WOSU Public Media. Additionally, they gained experience as an Executive HR Intern at Target in 2014.

Kathleen Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Strategic Communication with a minor in Professional Writing from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Kathleen obtained a Sales Enablement Practitioner Certification from Sales Assembly in July 2022.
