Theo Vedder

Theo Vedder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation Office at VDL Nedcar since October 2020, Theo is responsible for overseeing strategic change initiatives to advance the only Dutch car manufacturing facility into a new era. Previously held the position of Manager Project Management Office at the same company, where Theo focused on intensifying projects aimed at attracting new clients following BMW's announcement to cease production. Additionally, Theo contributes as a volunteer at Supportpunt, assisting in the transformation of a primary school into a multi-tenant building for municipal organizations. Having spent over two decades at ING, Theo held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Director of the Advisory Team for the Southeast Netherlands and Chief Operating Officer positions for various segments. Theo holds a Doctorandus degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has pursued further education at Phoenix Opleidingen and Rotterdam School of Management.
