Lotis Joy Bangot

Lotis Joy Bangot is an experienced professional in service delivery and client services, currently serving as Senior Manager at SupportZebra since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lotis held various positions at Tech Mahindra from October 2018 to March 2021, including Manager of Service Delivery and Group Lead. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Process Executive at Cognizant and Team Lead at Teleperformance, where Lotis also contributed as a Memorable Interaction Coach and Customer Support Specialist.
