Pratyay Mukherjee

Pratyay Mukherjee has extensive work experience in various research positions. Pratyay is currently working as the Sr. Director of Research at SupraOracles since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Research Scientist at Swirlds Labs from January 2022 to June 2022. Pratyay also held positions at Visa, where they worked as a Sr. Research Scientist from May 2021 to January 2022, and as a Staff Research Scientist from March 2017 to May 2021. Before joining Visa, they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UC Berkeley from June 2015 to March 2017. Pratyay has also worked as a PhD Fellow at Aarhus University (Denmark) from August 2012 to August 2015, and as a Visiting Scholar at Northeastern University, New York University, and Uniwersytet Warszawski in various roles. Pratyay began their career as a Project-linked Research Personnel at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata from July 2011 to June 2012.

Pratyay Mukherjee completed their education in the field of computer science. Pratyay obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Aarhus University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their M.Tech degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2009 to 2011. Pratyay Mukherjee's undergraduate education was in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, which they pursued at Jadavpur University from 2004 to 2008.

Additionally, they obtained certifications in Game Theory and Cryptography I from Coursera in May 2012 and April 2012, respectively.
