Kenneth Pankey is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in the judicial planning process. Since March 2005, Kenneth has served as a Senior Planner at the Supreme Court of Virginia, overseeing the Judicial Branch's Comprehensive Planning Process, which involves gathering inputs through research, surveys, and focus groups to formulate strategies that align with the Judicial Branch's mission. Prior to this role, Kenneth spent 16 years at the National Center for State Courts, holding various positions including staff attorney, project and departmental director, and senior analyst, where responsibilities included fielding information requests and conducting research for court personnel and government officials across the country. Kenneth holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School, a B.A. in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College, and is a Fellow of the Court Executive Development Program from the Institute for Court Management at the National Center for State Courts.
