Netaji currently holds the position of Head at The Supreme Industries Ltd, overseeing the operation of the furniture plant. Netaji's educational background includes an MBA in Operation Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology.
