Taranisen Barik has extensive experience in the rotomoulding industry, currently serving as Manager of Roto Production at The Supreme Industries Ltd since June 2020, after advancing from the role of Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes Deputy Manager at Spectra Pipes and Senior Executive at Vectus Industries Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed M/C loading, daily planning, and improvement of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Taranisen also focused on customer complaints, process issues, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles such as Kaizen and Poka Yoke. Earlier career stages include a position as Production Executive at Sintex Plastics Technology Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore.
