Sonya Nagy

Sonya Nagy is an experienced facilitator and educator with a diverse background in wellness and communication. Currently serving as a facilitator at Verbal Aikido-EQ Communications since February 2016, Sonya merges the science of communication with emotional intelligence and the philosophy of Aikido. At the Supreme Science Qigong Center, Sonya has been a Level I, II, and III facilitator focused on life force energy cultivation since April 2011. In addition, Sonya holds the title of Elite Master BEST Practitioner at Morter Healthsystem, practicing a non-forceful energy balancing technique since June 2006. As CEO of Empower Your Life First, Sonya leads as a holistic wellness educator and trainer. Sonya also operates George/s Cleaning Service, Inc., a commercial cleaning service, since November 1995. Previous experience includes roles as a licensed massage therapist and tax preparation specialist. Educational qualifications include certifications in various health and wellness disciplines and personal development programs.
