David Fritz

President & COO at Supreme Steel

David Fritz has extensive work experience in the construction industry. David started their career as a Project Manager & Estimator at Supreme Steel in March 2011, where they worked until June 2017. During their time at Supreme Steel, they also served as the Director of Project Solutions from July 2017 to September 2019, and later as the Operations Manager from November 2017 to September 2022. In September 2019, they took on the role of Director of Estimating, which they held until their current position as President & COO, which they started in September 2022.

Prior to their time at Supreme Steel, David was the Owner of Gunner Construction from April 2008 to August 2012.

David Fritz completed a Business Administration Certificate (BAC) from the University of Saskatchewan in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter Certificate from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trades Commission from 2006 to 2010. In 2004 and 2005, they studied Business/Commerce, General at Mount Royal University. David has also acquired various additional certifications, such as Mental Health First Aid, FUNdamentals from Canada Soccer, and Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta. Other certifications include Blue Seal Journeyperson Carpenter, First Aid/ CPR-C from St. John's Ambulance in 2018, and several others related to project management, leadership development, and lean practices.
