Kamal Powell

Kamal Powell has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and brand management. Kamal is currently working as the Head of Marketing at Supreme Ventures Ltd., where their role involves overseeing product portfolio planning and execution, improving customer experiences, and driving the expansion of key brands. Prior to this, Kamal served as the Regional Marketing Manager for Jamaica and the Caribbean at Campari Group from 2017 to 2023. Kamal also worked as the Senior Sponsorship and Development Manager at Digicel Group from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for creating and implementing strategic development campaigns for the sponsorship portfolio. Kamal has previous experience working at Red Stripe, a Diageo Company, where they held various roles such as Brand Public Relations Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Coordinator for Commercial Special Projects, and Key Accounts Assistant Manager. Overall, Kamal's expertise lies in crafting effective marketing strategies, improving brand presence, and enhancing customer interactions.

Kamal Powell completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Kamal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Marketing, General from the University of the West Indies, Mona, between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, Kamal obtained a certification in Executive Leadership Programme from The Oxford Institute in August 2023.
