Culinary Lead, Chef Instructor at Sur La Table

Rosalind Chan has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. Rosalind is currently working at Sur La Table as a Culinary Lead and Chef Instructor. Prior to that, they worked at Polk County School Board as a Culinary Instructor and Teacher. Rosalind also worked at Traviss Career Center as a Paraprofessional in Culinary Arts.

Rosalind Chan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University, which they earned from 1998 to 2000. Rosalind also has a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership from the same university, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. In addition, Rosalind completed an Education Preparation Institute (EPI) program at Polk State College from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Tampa from 1986 to 1988.
