Erick Ledesma

Erick Ledesma has extensive experience in educational design and training coordination, currently serving as an Especialista en formación at SURA Asset Management since April 2024. Previously, Erick worked at Grupo Lala from August 2017 to October 2023 as a Coordinador Regional de Formación, where responsibilities included budgeting for training investments and overseeing project implementation across various plants. Prior roles involved designing eLearning content and instructional models at Planet Media and the Universidad del Valle de México, as well as developing instructional materials for notable organizations like GNP and PEMEX at Sistemas CBT S.A. de C.V. Erick holds a Diplomado from Harvard Business School Online and a Licenciatura in Pedagogía from Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán.
