Sefton Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sefton most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Suralink starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they held the same role at RapidRatings, where they played a crucial role in the company's significant growth and subsequent sale to a private equity firm for $240 million.

Before their time at RapidRatings, Cohen served as the VP Global Strategic Solution Sales at Medidata Solutions from 2017 to 2019. During their tenure, they successfully expanded the company's sales teams and introduced new solution offerings, driving incremental ARR and aiding Medidata's transition to a clinical trials platform provider.

From 2014 to 2016, Cohen was the General Manager / VP Sales - North America at Qubit, a UK-based digital customer experience platform. Sefton played a pivotal role in launching and scaling the company's marketing, sales, and services teams in the US.

Prior to Qubit, Cohen served as the SVP Worldwide Sales at OptiMine Software, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. From 2010 to 2012, Cohen held the position of SVP Worldwide Sales at ClickFox, a big data cross-channel customer experience analytics provider. Sefton successfully built and led a 24-person team, leading to a substantial increase in YoY bookings and revenue.

Cohen's work experience also includes roles at Qumas, where they served as the VP, Global Sales from 2007 to 2010, and at OpenPages, where they were the Director of Sales from 2003 to 2007. In these positions, they contributed to the growth and turnaround of both companies, driving revenue and sales success.

At the beginning of their career, Cohen worked at Vignette as a Major Account Executive from 1998 to 2002. Sefton achieved notable success in closing large deals with prominent financial institutions and was recognized as the Account Executive of the Year for financial services.
