Victor Chan

Victor Chan is a seasoned DevOps professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and cloud environments. Currently serving as DevOps Manager at Suralink since April 2024, Victor focuses on mentoring a team of DevOps Engineers and enhancing developer experience through improved tooling. Previously, as Director of Infrastructure and DevOps at Groundswell from September 2021 to August 2023, Victor built a comprehensive cloud environment on AWS and established CI/CD pipelines while applying SRE and Platform engineering principles to optimize software delivery. Victor's earlier roles include Senior Technical Account Manager at AWS, Software Developer/DevOps Lead at Bio-Rad Laboratories, and various DevOps positions at Bluebeam, Cylance, LoopNet/CoStar Group, and other companies. Victor holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from UC San Diego.
