Richa Rai

Richa Rai has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Richa is currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Algorithm since February 2020. Additionally, they are also working as the Chief Technology Officer (consulting role through The Algorithm) at Sure Med Compliance since September 2021.

Prior to their current positions, Richa held multiple roles at Catholic Health Initiatives from 2008 to 2020. These include Application Developer III from September 2016 to February 2020, Application Developer II from July 2008 to September 2016, and Report Developer - Contractor from January 2008 to June 2008.

Before their tenure at Catholic Health Initiatives, Richa worked as a Report Developer - Contractor at EchoStar Corporation from October 2007 to January 2008. Richa also served as a Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies from January 2004 to December 2006.

With their extensive experience in operations, technology, and development, Richa Rai has successfully contributed to various organizations and projects throughout their career.

Richa Rai obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Richa attended the university from 1998 to 2004.
