Joe Rarey

Joe Rarey has over a decade of experience in business development and management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Sure Power Consulting since September 2012. Previously, Joe held the position of Concrete Overlays and Faux Finishes at Artworks Spokane for a brief period in 2012. Joe's career includes a role as an Account Executive at Olympic Financial and a decade as Plant Manager at DS Waters. Early in their career, Joe served as an In-Flight Technician (Avionics) in the US Navy from July 1988 to May 1993.
