Andrew Bogle

Andrew Bogle has a solid background in the software industry, with their most recent position being an Engineering Manager at Sure since June 2022. In this role, they oversee a team of around six engineers and collaborates closely with product and project teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects. Andrew also focuses on improving the development experience by creating and using internal tools to streamline deployments and optimizing spending by maximizing the use of existing tools.

Before joining Sure, Andrew worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Sure starting in November 2021 until June 2022. During this time, they made significant contributions by migrating shareable code to AWS Code Artifacts and Github Packages, which increased code sharing. Additionally, they played a crucial role in reducing friction between teams by designing and implementing a micro frontend architecture for a new product and migrating existing technology into the same architecture.

Prior to their time at Sure, Andrew worked as a Software Developer at Axio from February 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they focused on enhancing user experience by identifying pain points and collaborating with the product team. Andrew also conducted thorough code reviews and functional tests to ensure best practices were followed and provided technical onboarding for interns and new developers.

Andrew Bogle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
