Rohit Kulkarni is the Director of Onboarding & Sales at SureDone. Rohit has over seven years of experience in customer service and retention.

Kulkarni began their career as an OJT Mentor & Retention Advisor at Tech Mahindra Business Services. Rohit was quickly promoted to a new role as OJT Mentor, where they managed a team of 5 advisors. Kulkarni won the Best Mentor award for Platinum Mix percentage in August 2013.

In their current role at SureDone, Kulkarni is responsible for leading the Onboarding & Sales team. Rohit is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Rohit Kulkarni attended Delhi University and Bombay Scottish, where they earned a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.
