Ron Skopitz

Ron Skopitz has over 25 years of work experience. Ron began their career in 1994 as a System Administrator at Southern Polytechnic State University. Ron then moved up to the roles of Systems and Network Manager, Director of Technical Services, and Director of Information Systems. In 2015, they became the Director of Classroom Technologies at Kennesaw State University, where they managed a team of Audio/Visual design professionals with responsibility for A/V design, installation, and maintenance in approx. 1000 classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces on multiple campuses. Ron also served as the Director of Application Support. In 2019, they took on the role of Information Technology Consultant at Pleaidia Nova, LLC. Most recently, they have been working as a Project Manager at SureLock Technology since 2022.

Ron Skopitz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University between 1991 and 1994. Prior to this, they attended George Mason University between 1988 and 1989, studying Physics.
