John Flowers has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career in 1995 as a Manager of Clinical Staffing at Advanced Clinical Research Services, where they worked for 8 years. John then joined Randstad Pharma in 2003 and held multiple positions, including Director of Business Development, Recruiting/Sales, and Director of Global Outsourcing. In 2016, they joined The Steely Group as the Vice President of Clinical Staffing. In 2017, they became the President of TruePharma, a company that provides access to uncommon talent through fearless recruiting of industry leaders. Currently, they are the Vice President of Client Solutions at SurePeople, a predictive people analytics and digital development company.
